Oberhaslach

Description

Description

At the entrance to the Bruche valley, tucked away in the pre-Vosges hills, nestles the charming, flower-filled village of Oberhaslach, some forty kilometers west of Strasbourg. Chef Vincent Chartier cooks daily with fresh, seasonal produce, creating a "business menu" from Wednesday to Friday lunchtime, and a bi-weekly slate of three starters, three main courses and three desserts. Menus are also available to order for groups.< To be discovered, during fine weather, in the sculpture garden. Organic, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or vegan dishes/menus on prior request. The owner rents out guest rooms. View map
