Description

Description

This trail leads to St Florent Chapel in Oberhaslach. There is an annual pilgrimage on the Sunday after November 6th to pray for the healing and protection of farm animals. The first chapel, built in the 7th century, was located in the very spot where Saint Florent the hermit lived. Today's chapel dates from 1750. The beautifully restored chapel contains a wonderful collection of 19th century ex-votos. View map
