The Bambois farm inn is located on the edge of a large forest, typical of the Vosges beech and fir forests. A footpath leads to two viewpoints, the ruins of the Château de Salm and the Chatte Pendue, a sandstone table offering a superb view of the Climont, Champ du Feu and Donon ranges.
