The Ban de la Roche may be well known, thanks to the emblematic figure of Pastor Oberlin, but the Rothaine valley has no less attractions. Martine and Bertrand will take you to the southern side of the valley, where you'll discover unusual stories, beliefs and legends. Head for Wildersbach and the enigmatic place known as "la chapelle", take a look at the abandoned galleries of the old iron mines of the 16th and 17th centuries, and stop to take in the changing landscape.
