The Jos Nusbaumer distillery is an independent distillery that has been established in Alsace for over 70 years.
Since it was founded in 1947 in the Alsatian Vosges, distilling plants has been the distillery's core business.
Our mid-mountain ecological environment and its biodiversity have always led us to distill fruit (pear, plum, kirsch, mirabelle plum, raspberry, etc.) - as well as plants, berries and regional botanicals (rosehip, blackthorn, sloe, elderberry, cumin, holly berries, fir buds, etc.). Specialized for 70 years in the distillation and elaboration of eaux de vie, liqueurs and fruit creams, this year we open a new page in our know-how with the launch of new plant distillations - a Mountain Gin and a French Aquavit. All our products meet the most exacting quality criteria, and are only available through selective distribution in France and abroad (wine merchants, delicatessens, restaurants and gourmet establishments, etc.).
